1. Purpose and Acceptance
Welcome to Common.brandName. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our knowledge ecosystem, learning paths, courses, and digital credential services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Availability & Beta Status
Common.brandName is currently in active development ("Beta"). While we strive for continuous availability, high security, and system reliability, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend features to improve user experience.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The platform codebase, learning path graph algorithms, visual design tokens, and platform trademarks are the exclusive property of Neuro in Business, SL & Neuroscience and Innovation at Work, SL. Course curriculums, multimedia materials, and assessments uploaded or created by participating organizations remain the intellectual property of their respective creators or host entities.
4. User Accounts & Entity Access
Users access the platform through single sign-on authentication (Google Auth). Access to specific entities, organizations, and specialized courses may be restricted via an allowlist or invitation model. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and must promptly notify us of any suspected security incident or unauthorized access.
5. Verifiable Digital Credentials & Badges
Digital credentials awarded upon course completion adhere to 1EdTech / IMS Global Open Badges specifications. Credentials represent verified completion of course milestones. Issuing entities reserve the right to revoke assertions in cases of academic dishonesty or verification irregularities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuro in Business, SL & Neuroscience and Innovation at Work, SL, its directors, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manresa (Barcelona), Spain.
